For 25 years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the evolution of business automation.  I've led the organizational implementation of both extremes: the monolithic, multi-year ERP and CRM rollouts from giants like SAP and Oracle/Siebel, as well as sprawling custom development projects, all designed to create a perfect future.  I saw many of them struggle and even fail under their own weight.

But I’ve also witnessed where the real magic happens: in the quiet power of a single, smart automation that saves a team hours of tedious work this week. I saw it with foundational platforms like Lotus Notes / Workflow, FileNet, Corticon, and I see it today with modern no-code tools like Zenphi.

Seeing this contrast time and again taught me a fundamental truth: the most reliable path to lasting improvement isn't a risky revolution; it's a series of pragmatic steps.

That's why I started Scripvade and developed our Stabilize-Optimize-Evolve framework.  It’s a methodology born from decades of real-world experience, designed to deliver tangible value at every single step.
